Appointments

To request an urgent or routine appointment:

  • Please fill in our online consultation form, Monday to Friday from 6am to 5:30pm.
  • We will look at the information you give us and decide the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.
  • You will normally get a response on the same day.
  • We will book you with your regular doctor if possible. For urgent problems we will book you with the first available doctor.

If you have difficulty using the form, please ask our reception team who can complete it for you, by:

  • Calling us on 0208 769 0845, or visiting the surgery
  • Our reception is open Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6.30pm.

Occasionally, we need to turn off our online form. This can happen at very busy times, where we have received more messages than the doctor can safely deal with.

At these times, you can still call reception for urgent medical advice.
