All Services
Baby Clinic
Eight week baby checks are performed by one of the GPs, followed by an appointment with a practice nurses for your child’s immunisations. Parents should make the appointment at least one week in advance, and your baby MUST be 8 weeks or just over. We are not able to immunise babies under 8 weeks old.
There are also a number of local Child Health clinics available, run by the Health Visiting Team. At Child Health Clinics you can discuss your child’s growth and development, and get support and advice about parenting as well as your own wellbeing. You can also have your baby weighed.
More information on how to access each borough’s Child Health services can be found here.

Antenatal Clinic
Antenatal appointments can be booked with a GP in a routine surgery. Please inform the receptionist at time of booking that your appointment is for your antenatal care. It’s important you bring your antenatal care notes from your midwife to your appointment, and it’s really helpful to have a urine sample with you, as the GP will want to test this as part of your check-up.

Diabetes Clinics
These are run by the practice nursing team, though the diabetes specialist nurse from St George’s Hospital is often in attendance. Appointments are by invitation only. If you have diabetes you will be referred to the clinic by your doctor or practice nurse.
